ZENO, A ROBOT with Expresive Face

Hanson Robotics has introduced  ‘Zeno’, a robot prototype that feature fully expressive face in San Jose, at RoboDevelopment Conference and Expo 2007 . The robot can record  where people’s faces are,  make an eye contact, and learn people names and voices of the people whom  interact with the robot. With 17-inch tall and 170g weight, the robot runs on lithium polymer batteries with 1 hour battery life.

Zeno  designed by Japan’s leading robot designer, Tomotaka Takahashi, and remind us  of the beloved Japanese television character, Astro Boy. With expected price below USD 300, the robot is flirt to buy.
