What Software do you Use for Digital Photos?

- Believe it or not, I have been accused of never talking about Windows. That's an illusion. Apparently, there's just not a lot of interesting Windows software out there anymore. If there is... you're not telling me about it. How can I let everyone know about cool programs like this one if you don't point me towards them?
