Jabra has launchBT2050 Bluetooth headset. It has a volume buttons on top of the disk and a separate on and off button.

BT2050 up to four hours of talk time and 180 hours of standby time. Other features included auto-pairing with your Bluetooth handset as well as answer/end call, redial, and voice dial depending on your phone.
