Samsung has launch his SPH-M4650 candy bar smartphone that running well on Windows Mobile 6. The M4650 is powered by a hugely quick Monahan CPU running at 624 Mhz . It equipt with a 2.8″ QVGA haptic touch screen (which provides tactile feedback when dialing with the touch screen), 2 MP camera, a DMB TV Tuner , Bluetooth and electric dictionary, but alas, there’s no WiFi
